To begin the process, customers must provide Social Security Verification (as required by credit reporting agencies) and address verification. (see Customer application for acceptable forms of verification). Customer reviews customer enrollment form and signs in all the appropriate places including the contract and terms & conditions.

 CreditExpress Service - We provide Credit Reports Instantly
Once the application and all proper information are received at the processing center, and the cancellation period has been expired the customers' credit reports are pulled allowing us to begin the service within 24-48 hours of receipt. As part of the credit restoration service, we obtain all three credit reports from the credit reporting agencies.

 Our team of professionals work for you
Our team of professionals will conduct a thorough review process of all items on the client's credit reports that negatively affect their credit report's and credit score. After performing a thorough review, our team processes and delivers a personalized professional dispute packet for the customer.

 We couldn't do it without you . . .
Based on the review process of the client's credit reports, professional, customized, and personalized dispute documents are prepared and sent to the client for review and approval. The customer then may modify or provide further documentation to help dispute individual items on their credit reports. Clients will receive dispute documents every 60 days during the service to ensure optimal results.

 Credit Reporting Agencies Must Respond
Dispute documents are then sent by the client to the credit-reporting agencies. The law states that agencies have a reasonable amount of time, usually 30 days, to respond to a dispute.

 10-45-60 Interactive Customer Service
Three very important numbers.
10 - Ten days after the customer's dispute documents are sent from the processing center, they will receive a welcome letter from our processing center.
45 - Every 45 days customers will receive progress reports that will update them on their progress.
60 - Every 60 days customers will receive a new set of updated dispute documents to review and send to the credit reporting agencies.


 24/7 Progress Reports
As part of the customers' service, clients receive regular progress reports detailing the progress on their credit reports, showing any deletions, additions or alterations. Customers also have exclusive access to our 24/7 progress reports to monitor progress on their credit reports, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
