THE LAW
American Credit has helped consumers improve their credit profile by working with consumers to remove or correct any inaccurate items (such as bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, late payments, student loans, identity theft, collections, settlements, charge-offs, judgments, tax liens, etc) from their credit reports. We offer consumers credit education and 3 rounds of dispute cycles that integrates the industry's best practices. We offer hope to consumers looking to improve their financial health and work towards achieving their financial dreams and goals.

We help the law work for you!
It's the law! Information about you must be accurate and verified before it is entered on your credit reports! If "reasonable procedures" have not been correctly followed by your creditors or the credit reporting agencies, then any verified inaccuracies must be removed from your credit reports as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, is designed to promote accuracy and ensure the privacy of the information used in consumer reports. That's where we come in, We help ensure your rights guaranteed to you by federal and state law. The FCRA's primary protection requires that CRAs follow "reasonable procedures" to protect the confidentiality, accuracy, and relevance of credit information. If "reasonable procedures" have not been correctly followed, then any verified inaccuracies must be corrected or removed. We provide consumers hope they would not ordinarily have by ensuring these "reasonable procedures" are followed through our service.
